Here we are in March already and it only seems five minutes since it was Christmas. Why does time seem to fly so quickly?

We are now in the season of Lent which is the opportunity to prepare ourselves for a life committed to God and to live a fully engaged life. A number of events have been organized to help us in our preparation - they range from Lent reflections, through Lent lunches to our services in Holy Week including our annual Walk of Witness on Good Friday and the great Easter Sunday celebration of Christ’s resurrection..

Details of all these are given within the magazine and on the website.  Everyone is very welcome to come along to any or all of these events.

March also brings us Mothering Sunday when we thank God for the Mother Church and for our mothers.  Is there anything so loving as a mother?  Come along to church and say a big thank you.
