Sadly we are saying goodbye to Angela who is becoming Associate Priest at Christ Church, Charnock Richard. Angela has been with us for 4 years now and in that time has worked tirelessly to achieve Child Friendly status. Angela has managed to balance her work life, home life and clergy life extremely well and we thank her for her dedication to St. Mary’s. She has conducted a number of reflection groups (Lent reflections, Advent reflections) and has been a key member of Euphoria. We must also thank her husband Peter who has supported her and has been a familiar and friendly face here at St. Mary’s over the 4 years. We will miss them. Angela’s last service was on Sunday 3rd July and we marked this occasion with a buffet lunch after the 10.15 service.
